Delivery and Dispatch
Orders are dispatched the same day if received before 2:00 PM Monday-Friday. Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail 48 (Recorded Delivery for orders over £12.50). Delivery within 1-5 working days. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier. Missing orders can only be declared after 15 working days. Refunds are not issued until confirmation from Royal Mail.
Tax and Customs (Outside the UK)
Prices include UK VAT at 20%, which is removed for orders outside the UK. You are responsible for import duties and taxes. These may be collected by the shipping provider upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Signed orders are deemed delivered. Contact us for tracking numbers to contact your local Royal Mail office. We do not offer refunds on personal items (e.g., bath products, eye masks) unless unopened/unused. Faulty goods will be replaced/refunded within 30 days with proof of purchase. After 30 days, a 12-month guarantee applies.
